This diverse background gives him a unique, full-picture perspective on every step of the real estate transaction.

    As Team Leader of Brick & Tide Home Group, Eric oversees business strategy, growth, and performance while working directly with clients to achieve their real estate goals. His expertise in contracts, lending, property evaluation, market analysis, and negotiation makes him an asset to both home buyers and sellers.     Lauren Jubeck is a licensed REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC, mom of five, and the Client Experience Coordinator at Brick & Tide Home Group. Licensed since 2018, Lauren brings years of real estate experience to families across Florida, with a focus on Indian River County — including Vero Beach, Sebastian, Wabasso, Winter Beach, Orchid Island, and Hutchinson Island. She knows that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and she approaches every client’s journey with empathy, humor, and a steady heart, turning what is often a stressful process into an exciting and memorable experience.

    Lauren’s path to real estate was inspired by her love of helping families thrive in the spaces where they live, work, and grow. Her background in marketing, operations, and executive administration equips her to coordinate complex transactions, design creative marketing strategies, and oversee events and community outreach programs. As Client Experience Coordinator, she ensures every detail is covered — from the first conversation to handing over the keys — so clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
