Get to Know Me

I am so glad you stopped by! My name is Lauren, I am a native Floridian who grew up on the Space Coast watching the shuttle launch and could always be found at the beach. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to explore my home state throughout my life, where not only have I lived on the East Coast but the West Coast, South Florida, and now the Panhandle is our forever home. Florida is best described as vibrant, it weaves a beautiful culturally rich community with a variety of landscapes to create a diverse and remarkable place to be. I enjoy the distinct characteristics of each region and I feel that it has helped shape my abilities to be open-minded, adaptable, and passionate about our history as we focus on the future.
 
I am a mom of five, (Yes, you heard that right) with a heart for affordable housing and entrepreneurship. My drive for my clients stems from finding a home that meets both practical & emotional needs. I often notice that the biggest miss by my colleagues in real estate is the opportunity to build a future. Homeownership can provide an avenue for the growth & success of a family. I am not here to just sell houses, I am committed to empowering as many people as possible with the ability to envision and reach their financial potential.
 
My professional background is in marketing & operations. In short, I enjoy making things run smoothly and look pretty! For real estate that translates to ensuring your transaction is as efficient as possible with creative & inspired marketing to achieve desired results. For our clients looking to sell a home, my goal is to present your home to the market in a capacity that will yield its highest potential while proactively accounting for those pitfalls in a transaction. For our clients looking to purchase a home, I assess your needs and pair you with not just a home, but a community that will best foster your lifestyle.
 
We created the Brick & Tide Home group to be a cornerstone in the Real Estate industry. We are community advocates and local economists. For us, it’s not about taking the path of least resistance, it’s creating winning solutions to the problems of today and tomorrow by having the best interests of our clients always in mind. We have a high devotion to the entrepreneurial spirit and want to leave a legacy that benefits future generations!
